Ray Mellon will discuss the scope of license agreements between adjoining property owners, as well as the legal remedies available when agreements cannot be reached. Timothy Lynch will give a directional review of the 1899, 1938, 1968, 2008 building codes and discuss technical provisions that apply to buildings of past vintages.
