Zetlin & De Chiara is pleased to announce that the firm is participating in a topical conference “Futureproofing Our Cities: Urban Resilience, At What Cost?” on March 14. Partners Michael De Chiara and Raymond Mellon will lead panel discussions with key experts.
Presented by The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute, this half-day conference, taking place on March 14 at The William and Anita Newman Conference Center, will focus on the economic challenges, opportunities, and pathways to creating urban regions that are more resilient physically, socially, and economically. Using the New York metropolitan region as a case study, the goal is to focus on the costs and benefits of remaking our urban built and natural environments. Speakers include Governor Cuomo’s new energy czar, Richard Kauffman, and a host of government, not-for-profit and industry leaders.
