Administrative Hearing Before the New York State Department of Labor

We represented an EPC contractor in an administrative hearing before the New York State Department of Labor for alleged prevailing wage rate violations. The non-union project involved a complex water treatment project. We assisted our client through compliance with a full investigation. We then worked with the client to negotiate a favorable settlement with the Department of Labor.
