Represented Federal Government in Claim Brought by Contractor

We defended the Federal Government with respect to an $81 million request for equitable adjustment made by a contractor on a United States Courthouse. The case was displayed in front of the General Services Board of Contract Appeals. The contractors claims involved virtually all aspects of the construction process. The Trial lasted 10 months and was favorably settled prior to the decision of the board.
