Obtained Federal RICO Claims Related to NFL Football Stadium in Ohio

.The entire development and construction team was alleged to have violated Federal RICO and employment discrimination laws brought by various subcontractors in connection with the design and construction of a football stadium in Ohio. We worked collaboratively with the project team and filed comprehensive motions to dismiss the claims. Our motion to dismiss was persuasive and our client was dismissed from all claims. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals eventually affirmed our victory.
