New York City Area Hospital System Design-Build Contracts

We consulted, drafted and negotiated a series of custom design-build and AIA-based design-build contracts with design-builders on behalf of one of the New York area's largest hospital systems. Our work with our hospital system client involved negotiating contacts for more than ten facilities.
