International Governmental Cultural Center Construction Contracts

We represented an international governmental entity in connection with construction related contracts for the development of a cultural center with construction values anticipated to exceed $30,000,000. We reviewed and negotiated agency related agreements, drafted and negotiated various adjacent property access and license agreements with adjoining neighbors, drafted and negotiated development management, design and construction contracts, and served as liaison for resolution of ongoing disputes
