Food Services Distribution and Packaging Facility Development Contracts

We negotiated development contracts for food services distribution and packaging facility. A boutique food services company sought to develop a nationwide production and distribution facility network. We were asked to negotiate the design-build agreements that provided turnkey solutions. The contracts were finalized and our services extended to assist the development team in risk management during construction.
