Large Retrofit Project Arbitration

We represented engineers in a large urban retrofit project. Our client was sued by the owner for more than $20 million for alleged errors and omissions in the design. After a 9-month arbitration proceeding, the arbitration panel completely exonerated our client and issued a decision declining to award even $1 in damages.
