Mall Renovation Construction Contracts

We are representing a real estate developer in the renovation of a 150,000 square foot retail strip mall in a suburb of New York. The facility had been rented by large, big box retailers and is now being converted for a new tenant mix. We are preparing the project management agreement between the developer and the Owner’s Representative as well as the construction contracts with the General Contractor.
