Condominium Project Dispute Resolved in Arbitration

We represented an international Owner/Developer of a three condominium building project in a dispute with a Construction Manager in arbitration proceedings. The dispute related to delay, construction defect and cost-overrun claims. We prevailed on behalf of the client.
