Design Contracts for Two Major Mixed-Use Projects in New York City

We represented a nationally acclaimed architecture firm in their design of two mixed-use projects on behalf of one New York's major developers. One development consists of a supermarket, affordable housing and parking garage and is located in upper-Manhattan. The other project, is a mixed use project on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and will contain senior, affordable housing, market rate apartments as well as commercial and community spaces.
