Global Monetary Organization World Headquarters Litigation

This matter involves the Washington, D.C. world headquarters of a global monetary organization. We represented the projects mechanical engineer with respect to claims relating to the redesign and retrofitting of the building. This is a highly technical litigation involving design issues, construction issues, and complex scheduling and delay issues, in excess of $100 million.
