University Laboratory Design and Delay Dispute

We are representing the project's mechanical and structural engineer with respect to a claim relating to the design and delays in the completion of a university laboratory in New Jersey. This is a major high-level laboratory and is a highly disputed matter with regard to claims of errors and omission, and delay. The claims being sought are estimated to be in excess of $20 million.
