Global Financial Institution Renovation Construction Contracts

We represented the construction manager of a global financial institution, in a major redevelopment project which included demolition and renovation of its midtown location.The project costs were in excess of $20 million. We drafted and negotiated all the relevant letters of authorization and contracts for the project, including master services, trade contracts, construction management and subcontractor agreements. Additionally, we consulted during the project's completion regarding subcontractor disputes and brought and defended related litigation actions in court.
