New Facilities for a Private Education Institution in New York

We represented a private education institution in connection with the construction of a brand new facility by drafting and negotiating various design and construction management agreements. The firm also successfully negotiated a guaranteed maximum price amendment with the construction manager for this project. Once construction was under way, we used our experience to resolve various claims involving curtain wall and delay to the satisfaction of our client. Additionally, we served as a liaison for the resolution of ongoing disputes including termination of contracts.
