Vermont Resort Litigation

We represented a design team against negligence and negligent misrepresentation claims in connection with the design and construction of a resort in Vermont. The project's general contractor alleged damages due to project delays that were caused by errors and omissions in the design team's construction documents. In excess of $15 million. Additional claims were made with respect to balcony waterproofing, roof eaves, boiled domestic water heater exhaust, soffits in the guest room kitchen, and the spa. We were able to successfully mediate this matter to the satisfaction of all our clients.
