Condominium Development Litigation

We represented an architect against breach of contract and negligence claims brought by the condominium board of two 15-story buildings in Manhattan. Claims were made that there were significant water leaks and heating problems. Claims were being sought from the Board in excess of $20 million. Through expert opinions, we were able to ensure the Board that the issues were related to construction and not design. And as such, we were successful in resolving this matter for our client.
