Dismissal of a Multi-Million Dollar Mechanic's Lien

We successfully obtained the dismissal of a multi-million dollar mechanic's lien against a mixed-use commercial property on behalf of our developer client. We successfully argued to the Court that the construction manager breached its fiduciary duty, thus it was unable to recover on its mechanic's lien.
