Manhattan Transportation Center Telecommunications System Construction Dispute

We represented a construction manager with a design sub-consultant in a multi-million dollar dispute over the design and construction of a wireless communications system to service a major transportation center in Midtown Manhattan. The dispute involved claims for delays and cost overruns, including both indemnification claims and direct damage claims. On behalf of our client, we were successful in obtaining a settlement and avoiding lengthy evidentiary hearings.
