Rachel John Will Speak on 'Green Hues in Contracts' Panel at Brooklyn Law Event
Rachel John, a lawyer at Zetlin & De Chiara, will speak as a member of the panel on Green Hues in Contracts during Brooklyn Law School's Introduction to Sustainability and Future Cities Boot Camp. This session explores how agreements are taking on sustainability provisions and, in turn, how these new contract clauses impose novel obligations not addressed previously. Also to be discussed are the many additional players in the green building world and that sustainability is no longer merely focused on property owners, design professionals, or contractors. Other speakers include Mark Jackson ’11, General Counsel and VP, Industry City and Laurie Rothenberg, Assistant General Counsel, Pfizer.
The hybrid event is scheduled to take place on June 23rd from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and includes several sustainability topics. Rachel's panel will take place from 11:45 AM - 12:35 PM.
