The health and safety of our clients, friends and colleagues are foremost in our minds as we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. With the increased number of COVID-19 cases in New York, and a declaration of emergency due to the coronavirus, we are providing an update on our operations. 

We are open and conducting business. We have adopted a public health emergency plan in response to the COVID-19 outbreak designed to address business continuity in a smart and pragmatic way. The plan includes enhancements of our already-robust remote work capabilities to enable our lawyers and staff to be responsive to your legal and business needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that may be implemented.
