Michael S. Zetlin Recognized in City & State's Power Law 100 List

(New York, NY – March 9th, 2022) Zetlin & De Chiara LLP announced today that Co-Founding Partner Michael S. Zetlin has once again been named to City & State’s Power Law 100 lists.

Mr. Zetlin was cited for his “dual expertise in engineering and law” which “fueled his path to becoming one of the country’s top construction attorneys.” He has litigated construction matters on projects across all market sectors, and City & State noted his “hand in advising numerous major projects in New York and beyond, including construction related to airports, roadways, sports facilities and commercial buildings.”

Mr. Zetlin serves on the Construction Mega Project and Large Complex Construction Case Panels of the American Arbitration Association. He serves as General Counsel to the New York Building Congress and to the AIANY| Center for Architecture; and is an adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching a graduate program with Zetlin & De Chiara partner Timothy Hegarty on “Legal Issues in Building Construction.”
