Roy Schwartz, Principal, was Recognized by AIA Queens for Service to the Organization

(New York December 7, 2022) - Roy Schwartz, Principal, Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, received a Chapter Citation Award for his service to the Queens Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Together with Ray Mellon, a Senior Partner at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, Roy has served as legal counsel to AIA Queens.

His role with the organization involves working with the organization’s leadership.  Roy attends AIA Queens’ membership meetings to help ensure compliance with membership bylaws.  Roy also advises on a variety of legal matters such as revisions to the bylaws and charter documents, as well as preparing documents that allow AIA Queens to form alliances with other organizations.

The Chapter recognized his valued counsel at their annual Holiday event on December 1, 2022.
