Michael S. Zetlin Recognized in City & State's Law Power 100 List for 2023

(New York, NY – March 27, 2023) Zetlin & De Chiara LLP announced today that Co-Founding Partner Michael S. Zetlin has once again been named to City & State’s Law Power 100 list for 2023.

Mr. Zetlin was cited for his and his firm’s regular recognition “for their expertise in construction law.” He has litigated construction matters on projects across all market sectors, and City & State noted his advising “contractors working on projects in Russia on how to proceed after the invasion of Ukraine.”

Mr. Zetlin serves on the Construction Mega Project and Large Complex Construction Case Panels of the American Arbitration Association. He serves as General Counsel to the New York Building Congress and to the AIANY| Center for Architecture; and is an adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching a graduate program with Zetlin & De Chiara partner Timothy Hegarty on “Legal Issues in Building Construction.”
