Zetlin & De Chiara LLP Promotes Roy H. Schwartz to Partner

Zetlin & De Chiara LLP has announced that effective January 1, 2024, Roy H. Schwartz will become a Partner of the firm. “Roy has distinguished himself as a top construction attorney. Mr. Schwartz joined Zetlin & De Chiara LLP in 2013 and was promoted to Principal in 2018. He focuses his practice on construction litigation. Based in New York, he has successfully litigated complex construction matters around the country. He has also arbitrated matters in Mexico and the Caribbean. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Construction Law and Litigation - Construction.

Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, Mr. Schwartz practiced at a New Jersey-based law firm where he represented construction industry professionals. Mr. Schwartz previously clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Parrillo, J.A.D., a New Jersey Appellate Division Judge. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden, and his M.S. in Global Studies and B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
