Amin Hfaiedh Joins Zetlin & De Chiara LLP

Amin Hfaiedh has joined Zetlin & De Chiara LLP as an associate in its New York office. Amin Hfaiedh is a commercial litigation attorney with experience in commercial, construction, labor, employment, and insurance law. Over the course of his practice, he has represented business owners, municipal agencies, developers, insurance carriers, and other construction industry clients, handling cases from inception to resolution. Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Mr. Hfaiedh was a litigation associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in the New York City office. He was also previously a litigation associate at Cooke Doyle LLC in Buffalo, NY. Early in his career, he was a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Timothy J. Walker in the Erie County Supreme Court Commercial Division in Buffalo, NY.

Mr. Hfaiedh received a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he was an Editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal and a Research Assistant. He also received an L.L.M. in International Business Litigation, with High Honors, from the University of Paris-Est Créteil, in addition to a Masters in Comparative Law with a Contracts Major, with Honors, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Law, both from the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne.
