Michael De Chiara Moderates BISNOW Construction and Development Summit Panel

Michael De Chiara served as a moderator at BISNOW’s 4th Annual NYC Construction and Development Summit on November 14 at 51 Astor Place, a recently completed building by Edward J. Minskoff Equities.

Michael ‘s panel included developers Edward Minskoff of Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Justin Elghanayan of Rockrose and Mark Gordon of Tribeca Associates. They discussed, among other topics, current market conditions and their motivations for building certain projects, financing of projects, luxury residential project trends, and future of development given the new political climate in New York.
