Zetlin & De Chiara Attorneys Bill Chimos and Jaimee Nardiello Promoted

Zetlin & De Chiara LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has promoted Bill Chimos to Partner and Jaimee Nardiello to Principal, effective July 1, 2013.

Bill P. Chimos has been promoted to Partner. Bill joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2002. He represents architects, engineers, design professionals, contractors, construction managers, owners, developers, and other parties in the construction industry. Bill has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts, settlement agreements, partnership agreements, sub-contract/sub-consultant and employment agreements. He has also represented owners in commercial landlord/tenant disputes and has handled complex commercial and construction litigation matters including delay claims related to various project delivery methods, value engineering and quality control decisions. Bill has lectured on construction issues and has conducted seminars for various industry organizations. He received his J.D. from the St. John's University, School of Law and his B.S. from New York University, Stern School of Business. Bill is admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bars and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and New York County Lawyers' Association.

Jaimee L. Nardiello has been promoted to Principal. She joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2008 as an Associate, and has represented design professionals, contractors and construction managers in both litigation and non-litigation construction-related matters. Jaimee manages complex, multi-million dollar construction cases from inception to trial and prepares contracts for high-profile construction projects throughout the New York City area. She was named to the "Top 20 Under 40" list by ENR New York in 2013 and was recognized on the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2011 and 2012. Jaimee was recently awarded a Fellowship by the American Bar Association, Forum on the Construction Industry, where she serves as a member of the Design Division Steering Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Real Estate Women. Jaimee speaks frequently to industry groups on construction related matters and authored The Bar Exam Survival Guide: The Insider's Handbook to Passing the Bar Exam.
