Overview
Julie Levine is a litigator in the New York office. She has experience representing a wide array of clients, including residential and commercial developers, project and construction managers, lenders, borrowers, and property owners in both commercial and real estate disputes.
Previously, Ms. Levine practiced commercial and real estate litigation, including claims for breach of contract, constructive trust, construction defects, construction delay, mechanic’s liens, and condominium board disputes at a mid-sized firm. She also worked at a boutique firm focusing on real estate title disputes, including whether a lender or owner was a bona fide purchaser for value.
Ms. Levine has appeared before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division First and Second Departments and the American Arbitration Association arguing dispositive motions, appeals and defending clients during arbitration.
Ms. Levine was selected to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2021-2023 and to the New York Real Estate Journal Ones to Watch list in 2020.
