Overview
Harrison N. Perlstein is a law clerk in Zetlin & De Chiara’s New York office.
Mr. Perlstein represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related litigation and disputes arising from construction deficiencies and construction delays. He also has significant experience handling sophisticated transactional work, including government services contracts and corporate matters for Design Professional Corporations.
Mr. Perlstein received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from New York Law School. During law school, he was an Affiliate of the Center for Real Estate Studies and the James Tricarico Jr. Institute for the Business of Law and In-House Counsel. Additionally, during law school he served on the Mediation Clinic where he facilitated mediation sessions in the New York City Small Claims Court.
Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Mr. Perlstein served as a Legal Intern for the Honorable Joseph Risi of Queens Supreme Court in the Commercial Division. He also worked as a Law Clerk at The Law Office of Jonathan T.K. Cohen PC.
