Overview
Kimberly Barcella (née Quintano) is Of Counsel in Zetlin & De Chiara’s New York office.
Ms. Barcella represents owners, architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors in a variety of aspects of the construction & design process. She has experience with construction & design litigation, as well as handling sophisticated transactional work, including construction contracts, design professional agreements and adjacent construction access agreements.
Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Ms. Barcella was a Partner in the Construction & Design Group at a prominent New York-based law firm, where she spent nearly a decade representing construction and design clients in complex disputes and in connection with construction agreements. Prior to law school, she previously worked as a paralegal for two New York-based law firms. During law school, Ms. Barcella served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and participated in Fordham’s Ireland Summer Law Program, where she held an internship with the Irish Refugee Council. She holds a degree in History and Classical Civilizations from Loyola University Maryland, and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
