Overview
Max F. Spaan is a law clerk in Zetlin & De Chiara’s New York office.
Mr. Spaan represents construction industry and design professional clients in construction-related litigation and disputes. He also has significant experience handling sophisticated transactional work.
Mr. Spaan received a B.S, magna cum laude, in Construction Management from Drexel University where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. He also received an M.S. in Construction Management & Advanced Certificate in Project Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he was a Graduate Research Assistant in the Civil Engineering Technology Department and a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Mr. Spaan received his J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, he was a Staff Writer and Editorial Board Member on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and a Student Attorney for the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Mr. Spaan served as a Legal Intern at The Kraft Group; New England Patriots; and New England Revolution.
