Overview
Samantha K. Sherman represents design professionals, real estate owners and developers, contractors, and other members of the construction industry in litigation matters. She also advises clients on licensing issues.
Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Ms. Sherman was a general litigator at law firms in New York and New Jersey where she represented clients in a wide array of civil disputes and internal investigations.
She previously clerked for the Honorable Hayden W. Head, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Ms. Sherman earned her J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Stanford University. While in law school, she served as the Executive Articles Editor for The Environmental Lawyer and completed an externship at the Appellate Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Before embarking on a legal career, Ms. Sherman was a broadcast journalist and a professional staff member for two subcommittees of the U.S. House of Representatives.
