Zetlin & De Chiara represents the team leader/landscape architect of record for the award-winning Living Breakwaters in-water infrastructure and on-shore education and outreach project for Tottenville, Staten Island, in the review and negotiation of its professional service contracts with the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery and its numerous subcontracts and amendments with its ecological and engineering consultants for the project.
